I am leaving in September to go on a nine month missions trip.

Touching lives in Central America, Southeast Asia, and Africa three months will be spent in each.

Last summer I had the opportunity to go to Haiti for a week and it was amazing. God is SO good.

Coming home from it, I would be entering into my senior school year so the questions began.

"So what are you doing after high school?"

"looking at any colleges?"

"what do you want to be when you grow up?"

To be honest I was unsure of my life after high school I knew I longed to be back in the missions field and to be serving and loving on people.

 I saw myself going back to Haiti to serve in an orphanage.

Gods plans were BIGGER than me going back to somewhere I once visited.

To somewhere that is one flight away from my family&friends.

To somewhere that shares the same time zone as Pennsylvania.

To somewhere where I would feel more comfortable than other places.

 I applied place after place in Haiti and I couldn't understand why everyone was turning me down.

I was confused.

I began to question my dession.."Did I jump to soon on missions...?"

So I prayed and asked God If missions is the path for me to take..

then where am I suppose to go?

After some research I came across Adventures in Missions and kind of laughed because I had already

been to this site but when Haiti wasn't an option I left.

I spent more time on the site this time around and decided to apply for the Passport Immersion trip.

Nine months. Three places.

All so different from where I thought I was going and what I thought I was going to do,

but all theses places have people men, woman, and children.

who need love.

I am ready to gain a greater undertsanding of what world missions feels and looks like.

I am ready to get out of my comfort zone.

I am ready to be taught new things.

I am ready to experince new things.

I am ready for God to take my life and do something far more greater then what I could have imainged me doing for it isnt my strength, but His.

So Father "Here I am. Send me!"
